Verification
How Rentwell verifies homes
Rentwell is not the landlord. We are the independent layer between you and the home: a Rentwell officer visits every property in person, works through a fixed checklist, takes photographs, and files a report. Only after a Rentwell admin reviews and approves that report can a listing show ✓ Rentwell Verified.

What the badge never means
- It is never given automatically when a landlord adds a property.
- It is never given on the landlord's own word about the condition of a home.
- Every verified listing shows its inspection date and verification reference.
