List a property you do not own or are not authorised to let, or list a property that is not available.

Upload false, misleading, copied or edited photos or information, or impersonate another person or Rentwell staff.

Ask for or make payments outside Rentwell for a tenancy arranged through Rentwell, or demand charges not in the approved breakdown.

Offer or accept bribes, gifts or inducements to influence a verification.

Harass, threaten or discriminate unlawfully against any user.

Attempt to access another user's account or private records, scrape the platform, interfere with security, or test vulnerabilities without our written permission.

Use Rentwell for money laundering or any unlawful purpose.

Remove listings, withdraw Verified status, suspend or close accounts, hold or decline pending transactions under investigation, keep records of the activity, and report suspected crimes to the appropriate Nigerian authorities, such as the Nigeria Police Force or the EFCC.
