Rentwell can help by sharing relevant platform records (listing, inspection summary, charges, payment status) with the parties involved, but Rentwell is not an arbitrator and does not decide tenancy disputes. Such disputes are between landlord and tenant under their tenancy agreement and the law.

If a dispute with Rentwell is not resolved through our complaint process, both sides agree to try in good faith to resolve it through mediation in Calabar before starting court proceedings, unless urgent relief is needed.

These documents are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Subject to any mandatory rules, the courts of Cross River State have jurisdiction.
