How listing works
Create a landlord account
Give your name, phone number, address and an identity reference, and tell us whether you own the property or represent the owner.
Add your property
Basic details, location, pricing with every charge listed, facilities, photos and a declaration that the information is accurate.
We inspect it
A Rentwell officer visits, works through the inspection checklist and records photographs and notes.
It goes live
Approved properties carry the Rentwell Verified badge. You receive inspection requests and applications from tenants.
A property cannot be published as Rentwell Verified until it has passed inspection. New listings appear as pending verification until an officer approves them.
