If you're renting

Filter by area, price, bedrooms and facilities. Verified listings show their inspection date.

Request an inspection
Pick a time that suits you. Rentwell assigns an officer and confirms your slot.
- Step 3
Apply for the home
You see every charge itemised — rent, service charge, documentation, our fee — and confirm the total before anything is paid.
- Step 4
Pay once, get confirmation
Your rental is only complete after your payment is confirmed. Your receipt and rental confirmation are filed in your dashboard.
If you're letting a property

Register
Give us your details and identity information as the landlord or authorised agent.

Add your property
Details, location, every charge, facilities and photos.

We inspect it
A Rentwell officer visits, checks the property and files a report.
